Questions about new arrivals

How often do new pieces arrive?

Most weeks. Deliveries are scanned in on the phone as they arrive and go live the same day with the new-arrival tag; the tag falls off after thirty days.

How fast does it ship?

UPS Ground is $6.95 and free on orders of $80 and up; orders placed by 2pm Central ship the same day, Monday to Saturday, and reach Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas and Mississippi in one to two days. Local? Pick up free at the counter in Bossier City, usually ready in about an hour.

What if the size is wrong?

Thirty days from delivery to exchange for another size or take store credit. Contact us first and we will make it right; details are on the shipping and returns page.
