Free shipping on orders $80 and up. Under that, pick the speed that suits you at checkout:

  • UPS Ground — $6.95. 1 to 2 days across Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas and Mississippi; 3 to 4 days everywhere else, Saturdays included.
  • UPS Expedited — $19.95, arrives in 1 to 2 days, Saturdays included.

Same-day shipping. Order by 2pm Central, Monday to Saturday, and it ships the same day, packed by us at the shop. You'll get tracking as soon as the label prints.

Local pickup

Order online and collect at 2008 Airline Dr, Suite 100, Bossier City, LA 71111 during opening hours — no shipping charge, and you can try it on before you leave.

Exchanges

30 days from delivery to exchange. Wrong size or not right — text (318) 355-0844, call (318) 459-6774 or email info@exclusiveclothing.shop with your order number and we set it up: another size, or store credit toward anything on the rack, good for 12 months. We hold the size you need while yours is on the way back.

The fine print. Return shipping is on you — send it back tracked, or bring it to 2008 Airline Dr, Suite 100. The piece has to come back exactly as it arrived: unworn, unwashed, every tag attached, in the original packaging (shoes in the undamaged box), with no stains, tears, scuffs, dirt, deodorant marks, pet hair or odours. Anything that does not pass inspection goes back to you at your cost and nothing is credited. Exchanges and store credit only — no cash refunds. Fragrance, underwear, socks and marked-down pieces can't come back. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, tell us within 30 days with photos and we make it right at our cost. Full policy.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. US shipping is free on orders $80 and up after any discount code. Under $80 you choose UPS Ground ($6.95) or UPS Expedited ($19.95) at checkout, and every order ships with tracking.

How fast do orders ship?

Order by 2pm Central, Monday to Saturday, and it ships the same day. You get a tracking number the moment the label prints.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes, and it is free. Order online and collect at 2008 Airline Dr, Suite 100, Bossier City, LA 71111. Orders are usually ready in about an hour during opening hours (Sun to Thu 9 AM to 9 PM, Fri and Sat 9 AM to 10 PM), and you can try it on before you leave.

Is everything authentic?

Yes. Every sneaker, cap and garment on the site is 100% authentic and physically on our rack in Bossier City. We are a real shop with real stock, not a dropshipper, and each piece is photographed here.

What is your return policy?

30 days from delivery to exchange for another size or store credit good for 12 months. How do I know which size to order?

Check the size guides for fitted caps, denim fits and Jordan sizing, and message us if you are between sizes. We can measure the exact piece before you order.
