Size exchanges within 5 days, for store credit. If the size is wrong, call (318) 459-6774 or email info@ExclusiveClothing.shop within 5 days of delivery with your order number. Send it back at your cost (or bring it to 2008 Airline Dr) unworn, unwashed, with every tag attached and the original packaging — no stains, tears, scuffs, dirt or odours. Once it passes inspection you get store credit for the item price, good online or in store for 12 months from the day it is issued.
No cash refunds. Fragrance, underwear, socks and marked-down pieces can't be exchanged. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, text us within 5 days with photos and we cover that shipping. Full policy.
